Students who are interested in obtaining preparation for graduate studies in communication sciences and disorders (a master's degree or AuD are required for practice as a speech-language pathologist or audiologist, respectively) may gain such preparation through the Speech and Hearing Sciences program in either of two ways: (1) completing a Minor in Speech and Hearing Sciences, or (2) completing an Interdisciplinary Studies Major with Speech and Hearing Sciences as one component.
